Government healthcare rates (CGHS, NPPA, PM-JAY) are updated periodically. There may be a delay between official rate changes and updates in our database.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Manasa Healthcare Services and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The App relies on third-party services including Google Gemini AI and Google Firebase. These services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Manasa Healthcare Services and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Manasa Healthcare Services from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. The "Effective Date" at the top will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
